Why are you ripping me off? Client paid 09/14/2020 and YOU QB haven't deposited MY MONEY in my bank. Generating a ton of interest for you on your bank with SMBs money?

Let me share some information about QuickBooks payment processing time.

If this is your first time to process or receive a payment, it would normally take 5 business days to deposit your funds since we're still setting up your merchant account. After the first batch deposit, your payments will be deposited faster. It can take 1-2 business days for credit card payments to deposit and 2-7 days for ACH payments to hit your bank account. Here are the other possible reasons why your payments were not yet deposited:

• Time of day you enter transactions.
• Weekends and federal holidays.
• The financial institution where transactions are deposited.
• How long it takes for your bank to verify and process electronic deposits.

I'd recommend waiting for a day or two for the deposits to get posted to your bank. If they're still undeposited, you can contact our Merchant Services team. A specialist can securely review your account and further check why you're getting some delays in receiving deposits.
