Therefore, you can log in to their website to verify that there are no active alerts. If everything is working on their end, open QuickBooks Online in a private or incognito window to rule out the cache-related issue. You can also switch to another browser to further isolate the issue.
While this gets sorted out, you can manually upload your transactions. Once your bank feed starts syncing, you might see duplicate entries. You can easily manage these by excluding them.
