Why do deposits show and then disappear?

Please follow the steps below to check the status of the deposit in your account. 

Here's how:

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to Get paid & pay and select the Deposits.
3. Select the bank deposit you want to review.

In case you're having trouble looking for the fund, try to check your email. You should receive an email from Intuit if there's ever an issue.
