Cache files can sometimes cause display issues when they're piled-up. We can do browser troubleshooting steps to get rid of it.
- Use a private browser to see if the Pause button is available.
- If it is, you can clear the cache storage of your regular browser.
- You can use other supported browsers as alternatives.
If the Pause button is still missing, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They can further investigate and provide additional troubleshooting steps to resolve this.
- Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
- Select QuickBooks Online United States in the upper-right corner of the page.
- In the first section, choose Running your business in QuickBooks > (any of the sub-topics).
- Go to the second section and choose how you want to reach them (phone, chat, or email).
