I am having the same trouble with my recurring transactions - my settings are all correct (expiration is set to none & the accounts are all active) AND my cache/cookies are all clear

I appreciate you've tried the suggested troubleshooting steps above. Just to make sure, have you tried to delete and recreate your recurring transactions? Since it may be the recurring template is defective or damaged that is why it stop working.
If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support. They have the tools to do screen sharing to double-check on the setup and submit a ticket to further investigate the root cause of this.
