I'm here to give details on why recurring transactions aren't running and how to fix them.
The recurring transaction stop working are caused by these reasons:
The recurring template isn't set to schedule.
The credit card associated with the recurring transaction may have been expired.
There's a problem with the recurring template.
Let's run some steps to fix it. First, please ensure that the recurring template is set to schedule and has not reached its End Date. Also, we can delete and recreate the problematic template.
Here are the steps to delete:
Go to the Gear icon.
Select Recurring Transactions.
Locate the template that stops working.
In the Action column, click Edit.
Take note of the details. You'll need it when recreating them.
In addition, I've added this helpful article for your future reference: Duplicate transactions when using a recurring template. Here you find information in handling this type of situation if case you'll encounter any.
