If you are receiving a message stating "incorrect login credentials," it usually indicates that either the user ID or password you are entering is incorrect for the bank account you are trying to access.
Currently, there is an ongoing investigation (INV-115466) regarding Schools First FCU Error 103. I highly recommend contacting our live support team. They can add your information to the list of affected users and will provide updates once our engineers resolve the issue.

I have encountered this problem before and on my end, I think it's a problem with connecting via Safari. I just tried using Google Chrome and it worked. It's still a problem that needs to be fixed ASAP.
