I do not have a button to send a client request on my QBOA. It is supposed to be under Work > Create client request. I was told by QBO support that some new accounts are part of a pilot where the feature is being moved under the Client List. But when I go to the Cient List and click on the client name as instructed, I still do not have the new tab or button. I have no way of sending a client request.
One of the reps had me clear the history, go into multiple browsers, different computer, etc. The result is the same on every browser and every computer, so this really isn't a browser issue. I have also received several follow-up phone calls regarding my open cases to see if I was still having this issue. But nothing has changed and I am still not able to send client requests.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? How do I go about getting the programming team to expedite addressing this?
I was given two case numbers # 15123005036 and 15123008398.
