How do I reach a customer service rep over the telephone?
I want to delete passwords. I want to add "deposit" to my shortcuts.

Since the Community is an open forum, we're unable to provide you a phone number for security purposes. We can utilize the Help menu in QuickBooks to connect with a live support agent.
Here's how:
1. Go to the Help menu and then select QuickBooks Desktop Help F1.
2. In the Have a Question window, scroll down to choose the Contact us link.
3. This will display the Contact Us screen.
4. Go to the Tell us more about your question section to enter the issue or topic in the field box.
5. Press the Search button to display the Get Phone Number or Start a Message button.
You may check our support hours to ensure that we address your concerns on time.
Additionally, may I know what password do you want to delete? If you meant the password requirement when opening QuickBooks it can't be removed. This is designed to protect your critical data such as your Social Security Number, Company EIN, Bank Information (Routing Number, Account Number), or Vendor Tax ID. Though, you'll be asked to change the password every 90 days.

You can also follow the steps below to add a deposit to your shortcuts. I'll guide you how:
1. Go to the Banking menu.
2. Select Make Deposits.
3. Click the View menu and select Add “Make Deposits” to icon Bar.
4. Hit OK.
Moreover, you can also change the placement of your Icon Bar. Just go to the View menu and select either Top Icon Bar or Left Icon Bar.

This does not work. No telephone numbers come up. Please email me a phone number I can call. Help is circular. Why is a phone number such a secret? Why can't it be shared with your customers?

Can you share more on what specific password you want to delete? If your referring to password requirements when opening QuickBooks, this can't be removed as mentioned by my colleague Maybelle_S. This is to ensure the protection of your critical data, especially if you have Personally identifiable information entered in QuickBooks.
On the other hand, you have the option to add the deposit into your my shortcuts. This makes you more efficient and saves much of your time at doing certain tasks in QuickBooks.
