You can only switch back to the previous QuickBooks experience, but reverting to the old display without AI is unattainable. Adjusting takes time, but I recommend submitting a request for features that align with your needs.
Intuit Assist helps your business succeed by simplifying tasks, offering personalized insights, and providing real-time guidance to achieve your goals efficiently. It doesn't interrupt when making entries or recording transactions. Although I understand that adapting to changes can be challenging, consider sending a message to our product developers to help us enhance our offerings according to your preferences.
Follow the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
- Share your suggestion, then click Next.
Please also note that the system will only prompt you to upgrade your plan if the tasks you want to perform or the transactions you want to log aren't supported in your current plan. That said, I would like to know more about the entries you would like to record. Elaborating on the upgrade message you encountered can narrow down this matter further.
