6 months later and still nothing!!!!

Please let us peasant users customize a packing slip and type in whatver we need in a column. Not a hard programming change to make Qbo. This could be a great software but sadly is not in current form.

Hi, I am also trying to put the SKU # on the packing list, for the warehouse to identify each product to ship, but without the unit price. Did you finally managed to do it? 

Quickbooks online can raise their prices but can't seem to add the SKU to the packing slip!  Make packing slips customizable like the invoices and quotes!

It looks like this has been requested for nearly 6 years!  Wow Quickbooks!

I should be able to easily adjust every item in each document.  These documents become the customer interface.  When they look inadequate, it makes my business look inadequate!

I was also forced to go from QB desktop which was good and edits were possible and easy. I am facing the same issue as everyone on this thread. It is amazing to me that the Desktop features of editing are not available. And to see this ongoing for 4+ years? Not sure why anyone would still be with QB at this point.  I will be asking for a refund and switching to another accounting software. This lack of action is unacceptable. Can't run a business efficiently.

I agree - I am also looking for this feature, and it is so very simple - yet it has not been done in over 4+ years!  YES - the rates keep going up ... but simple features are impossible to get

My company wound up adding SOS Inventory app that syncs to QBO. I use it for everything now and only use QBO for accounting purposes since they can't seem to make easy adds to what the masses need. So to anyone out there in the QBO world still stuck, you might look into this add. I HATE that we had to spend even more money to get what we needed, but the cost to get SOS added is less than what my labor is to have to process shipping and receiving with QBO alone! 

Very sad QBO, just sad.
