We can no longer change the home currency once the multi-currency feature is enabled, @zapki. Let me provide some information on how you can achieve the task in QuickBooks Online.
The only way to modify your home currency is to start over and delete all your data. QBO has the option to delete your data to start fresh. Before doing so, export all of the transactions and other data from your company and save them on your desktop folder so you'll have a backup copy of your company file.
Once done, we can proceed to the process of deleting your data. There are two ways how you can do it. If your books are less than 60 days, you can delete the company. Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account as an admin.
- Once you're signed in, open this link. Alternatively, you can go to the URL in your browser's address bar, delete all the text, and enter the following web address instead: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany
- To confirm you want to delete your company data, type Yes.
- Select OK, then Wipe data.
When finished, you can start anew.
