I can see how the benefit of being able to include recurring transactions to the bookmarks in the left menu would aid you in managing your sales and expenses. However, this isn't currently an option in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll share more details about this below.
Instead, you can customize your Bookmarks to include Expenses, All sales, Bills, Estimates, or Invoices (according to your preferences) menus so you can easily access your transactions.
Furthermore, you can also run the Recurring Template List report to manage all your recurring transactions, grouped by type (scheduled, reminder, and unscheduled).
Additionally, when one or more of your recurring transactions weren't created, you'll have to confirm if the information in your template is updated then manually process or recreate them.
