Yes, you can find any third-party apps that can integrate with QuickBooks Online (QBO) perfectly that can create a customer satisfaction survey that can be attached to the invoices that'll be sent to your customers. 

Having this feature in QBO is indeed a great idea and I'll surely take note of this. For now, you can visit the QuickBooks Blog to check for new updates and features that we have.

There are lots of applications or apps developed by third-party businesses that integrate with QBO perfectly. You can go to the QuickBooks App Center to find one or go to the Apps tab within QuickBooks Online.  

You can find this Apps menu if you're the Primary or the Company Admin of the account. Check the screenshot below:
