IRS is only showing a draft of Publication 15-T. Does QB update their tables before the Publication is out?

The latest payroll update includes new federal withholding tax tables. Please know that QuickBooks will follow the IRS finalized withholding methods. Thus, we make sure we're aligned with the IRS before making an update for the tax table.
