I’m trying to print w2’s for my employees and it says I need to finish setting an employee up. I see that her birthdate is missing. There is no place to update this info! How can I get this done??

Thanks for getting back to us. Allow me to help ensure you're able to add the date of birth of your employee's information.
If you're using Intuit Online Payroll (IOP), you should be able to add the birth date of your employee by following the steps provided by my colleague's above.
Since we haven't receive any similar reports about this issue, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps which is to switch to a different browser. This is a good way to check if it's caused by the browser. Let's log into QuickBooks Online using a private browser.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:
If you're able to add birth date with private browser, I suggest clearing your browser's cache to start fresh.
If the issue still persists, I recommend calling our Intuit Online Payroll Team. They have additional tools to pull up your account and investigate this further.
