adding an employee that has left and returning Problem QB will not allow the same SS#
Payroll via bank portals for Intuit will not allow me to add a former employee since in the system there must be his SS# listed and Intuit will not allow for duplicate SS#. The employee once leaving does not show in the system to add back, causing me to add a new employee. Is there a work around?
Answered-there is a pull down for former employees then you can reactivate the employee no need to add new employee.
