Hello,
I am unable to e-file my 941 report or my NM Unemployment. I have Quickbooks Desktop payroll enhanced. The buttons are greyed out, and I cannot click on them. NM Unemployment required Quickbooks to be a third-party person to allow for e-file. The intuit community page does not give information regarding Quickbooks desktop payroll enhanced. I called Quickbooks, and they were not able to help me with this. All the links that I try to tap on the community website gives me links that are broken and do not provide assistance. Can you help me with this? Thank you!

Set up Federal e-file and e-pay in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Enhanced
Once you have successfully enrolled in EFTPS and set up the ability to e-file, you'll follow these steps to E-file and e-pay federal forms and taxes in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Enhanced :
You’ll get an email confirmation within 24-48 hours. To check the status, see Check e-file or e-pay status.

Script errors are generally connected to Internet Explorer @Teft2022.
QuickBooks by default uses that browser's settings to connect with the internet. We have different steps to get past it.
First, you'll want to set up Internet Explorer to be your default browser.
