Since you didn't authorize this payroll entitlement, you can directly contact our Customer Support Team. One of them will be able to take over and assist you with payroll entitlement.
Here's how to reach them:
- Go to the Help menu of the company file, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Hit the Contact us link.
- Click Search for something else.
- Enter your concern, then tap Search.
- Click on Start a Message.
Due to the outbreak, we have limited staffing and have reduced our hours to 6:00 A.M. -6:00 P.M. PT Mon-Fri and some products will only have chat support during this situation. Rest assured, we will resume normal hours as soon as possible.
