Hi Michelle and Sharon,

 

We know how important it is to be able to pay your employees on time. Upon checking in the Community, other posters are also sharing the same experience at the moment.

 

We've already informed our engineers about this behavior to check this out the soonest. Please inform your employees to monitor for their pays within today while this is being taken care of.

 

If you have other concerns, please let me know.

Too many people are having this very same issue.  How about you figure out what's wrong on your end and then get back to us.

Yes, you were one of the first few who raised this concern, and it turned out to be the concern of others, too. I've already revised my response for everyone. Thanks again.

Thank you for reporting this in the Community. We have resolved the issue from this morning which prevented some direct deposits from being processed as normal. We expect to see funds available in your employees' bank accounts by the end of the day today.
