Hi there, renarchitect.
I'll make sure that you can the Weekly timesheet option.
I've checked this option today and it's still can be accessed through the + New icon. It could be that the accumulated cache and cookies in your browser are the reason why you're able to view this option.
To isolate the issue, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps. First, you'll have to access your QBO account through a private or incognito window. This process will help you rule in/out the browser as the culprit here. I've listed the shortcut keys below:
Once you're in, head to the + New icon to check the Weekly timesheet option. If you're able to view it now, you'll have to go back to your regular browser and then clear the cache to delete all the junk files and improve the system performance.
Alternatively, you can switch to other supported browsers. it's possible that QuickBooks encountered a temporary issue with the one you're currently working on.

I'm having the same issue. I cleared my cache, logged in using Safari (my default is Chrome) and I went incognito. No change. Not seeing "Weekly Timesheet" under + New/Employees. My team is having the same issue. No access to their timesheets. We've been using Weekly Timesheet for years now. Thanks for the help.
Hello there, DSteff.
I appreciate you for trying a few things to sort it out.
Since you've tried using Safari, you can log in to your account using other compatible browsers in QuickBooks Online such as Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge. If the same thing happens, I'd recommend contacting our support team.
Customer support would be very beneficial because they can look into your specific account in detail in a secure environment using their tools. Here's how to contact them:

Just sign in with Chrome and Weekly Timesheets are back. A 2-3 day issue that resolved itself. Thanks
After being on the phone with customer support for 5 hours between two days, they finally figured out and informed me that Weekly Timesheets will no longer be a feature of QBO. It's being replaced with a terrible interface for entering time. I've used it for years as well, but this new way will make me find another online software to manage my businesses.
Thank you for coming to the community to share your support experience, @Dru_Nasty.
We'd love to help! It sounds like you were updated to the new Time Center in place of Weekly Timesheets. Time Center adds additional features for easier and more accurate time tracking, but it sounds like you were comfortable with Weekly Timesheets the way it was.
We'd like to work with you on that. One of our agents will reach out to you via private message to discuss your account further.
Let me know what else I can help you with right now, I'll be around!
That'd be great. And yes, I'm sure there's some great features with the update, but as far as the user interface goes and the ease of adding time for employees at a week's glance was super easy. This new way makes it terribly hard to accomplish something that was much easier. That's just my case though. Thanks for pushing this through.
Same issue here as well. Not able to view the weekly timesheet option. Which version of qbo should i subscribe to, in order to view weekly timesheet.
I am so distraught over this! Ugh, another change in QBO, I hate it! I've been used to entering time from my "item list" with item hourly rates into weekly timesheets. This way I could also add time that is not billable by time so that I could run reports on time spent on those projects. Is it just another way for QB to get us to pay for more options, such as payroll? Am I going to have to change programs to one that is not in constant flux requiring constant learning when a system is going well in my office?!?!
Any advice from QBO in resolving this would be great!
I'll share some information that you'll have to know so you'll be guided on entering time, KatC-FL.
I know how comfortable you are to use the Weekly Timesheet. Once in a while, QuickBooks Online (QBO) will release an update to include new or enhanced features or even better compatibility with different devices. Although, you'll not be paying more since Time Entry works just like weekly timesheets. Also, there's no need to upgrade your subscription since this works in QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, and Advanced, just like the timesheets. To turn the feature on, you can follow the steps below:
After that, you can now adjust your preferences. To know more on how to do it and how you can add a time tracking user, refer to this article for more details: Turn On and Set-Up Time Tracking In QuickBooks Online.
Moreover, learn how you can track time in QuickBooks Time if you're using payroll in QuickBooks Online. I've added this article for your reference: Track and Manage QuickBooks Time in QuickBooks Online.

We have the same issue. We recently upgraded to QuickBooks Online from desktop and found out that Weekly Timesheets feature is not available. SO DISAPPOINTED!! We have been using QuickBooks since last 15 years and Weekly Timesheet feature was so convenient and less prone for making errors. The new Time Entry feature is a manual process and its prone to lot of errors.
Appreciate if this can be escalated and someone can please help us with adding this feature.
Thanks,
Genzeon
I'm on your side here, Genzeon.
Manually tracking timesheets is really prone to a lot of errors. Since the feature isn't available in QuickBooks Online, I encourage sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve the features of the program. I'll show you how:
You may also want to use a QuickBooks Time account with more time-tracking features. This app helps you build employee schedules by jobs or shifts. Then, you can easily edit, publish, and share the schedule with your team.

I need the weekly timesheet function as well, the new interface doesn't work for us and is TERRIBLE the billable hours take forever to load, and you can't input multiple data at once so the amount of time it takes to get hours in is not sustainable. Is this coming back or can be turned on for us? As it is now, Quickbooks isn't working for us.
