so, after 2 payrolls on the 2nd week of being forced to go to payroll online on my mac, it is still a complete mess. 1st payroll, couldn't get payroll to export to my desktop version. After 4 days, FINALLY spoke to one person who was able to help me export it. 2nd payroll comes around, I'm ready this time! I got it down. Well, I don't see where its being exported, come to find out, my subscription was cancelled. I didn't cancel it. Same day it was canceled I got an email from Intuit about upcoming changes on payroll. Coincidence? either way, I keep trying to resubscribe, and the button will NOT work. They said it should work since its paid up to end of August, not sure what's going on. On the phone for 3 hours Monday, NO ONE could resubscribe me. Was told it would be fixed by Tuesday, and I would get a call back, NO ONE called. Wednesday call again, (I do payroll on Thursday) after 2 hours NO ONE again could resubscribe me. They said give it 24-48 hours and someone would fix it and call me back. Doubt that. So I had to go out and buy a Windows laptop (on the advise of my accountant) and buy a whole new Quickbooks desktop subscription to be able to do payroll today. Has anyone else had these issues?? I love my desktop version on my Mac, HATE that I was forced to move to online. UGH.

Let me make it up to you by making sure this issue gets investigated.
I understand that you've contacted our support team, but I'd still recommend reaching out to them. They have full access to your account and can further check why the Subscribe button isn't working. It'll also allow them to submit a ticket to our engineering team to alert them about the issue if necessary.

I have contacted them over and over, and they all say they cannot resubscribe me. They can't figure it out.
Still one week later, and no one can fix this issue. Anyone else run into this problem? where you are unable to resubscribe your payroll? I've tried under safari, google chrome, and google chrome incognito. help

To begin with, we didn't receive any issue about being unable to resubscribe payroll from other users. Then, I can also see that you've already contacted our QuickBooks Support Team. However, I still recommend reaching them again. They have the tools to review your account and conduct screen sharing to help investigate why you're unable to resubscribe your payroll.
