Boss scheduled pay on 7/16, the day before 7/16. support says it shouldve been in my account by 7/17 morning from direct deposit it isnt. why?

support said it shouldve been in my account by 7/17 morning, and if not to contact them back today. THEY ARENT EVEN OPEN FOR CONTACT UNTIL MONDAY. make it make sense. got zero help past 2 days from support. i need the check and it says paid why do i have to wait so long and can anything be done i have bills to pay

If you have the next-day deposit and your boss processes the payment before 3 PM PT, we'll deposit them in your bank account the next business day. If they process payments after 3 PM PT, we'll deposit them in two business days.  Please keep in mind, Intuit won’t process your deposits on weekends.

 

Additionally, the deposit speed would depend on the service you're using and the type of payment. In addition, if you're a new user, we'll deposit your first set of payments within 5 business days.

 

However, if you haven't received the funds on the allocated time, I'd recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Support so they can help check the status of your deposit. Here's how to contact us:

 

  1. Click Assistant at the upper right corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human."

  3. Then select your preferred support method: Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent, or Get a callback. Keep in mind, some options are only available at certain times.
