A warm welcome to the Community, maanasahuja1-gma.
If you have the next-day deposit and your boss processes the payment before 3 PM PT, we'll deposit them in your bank account the next business day. If they process payments after 3 PM PT, we'll deposit them in two business days. Please keep in mind, Intuit won’t process your deposits on weekends.
Additionally, the deposit speed would depend on the service you're using and the type of payment. In addition, if you're a new user, we'll deposit your first set of payments within 5 business days.
However, if you haven't received the funds on the allocated time, I'd recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Support so they can help check the status of your deposit. Here's how to contact us:
Then select your preferred support method: Message an agent (Live chat), Call an agent, or Get a callback. Keep in mind, some options are only available at certain times.
In case you need help with categorizing your transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can refer to this article: Updates to expense categories in QuickBooks Self-Employed. This will help guide you on how to report your self-employed income and expenses.
Keep me posted if you have any other questions about QuickBooks Self-Employed. I'm always up to keep helping. Have a nice day!
Hi, maanasahuja1-gm
Hope you're doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the direct deposit. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I'd be happy to help you at anytime.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
