Can I get Quickbooks Full Service Payroll running again ASAP?

Just to clarify, did you encounter any error message or the page doesn't load when accessing payroll? If yes, you can perform some troubleshooting steps to get this fixed. 

 

Let's try logging into your QuickBooks account using a different and a private browser. There are times that the browser is full of frequently-accessed page resources, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks Online (QBO), to act weirdly.

 

If this works, it means that you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh.

 

However, if you're trying to resubscribe your Full-Service Payroll, you can go to the Account and Settings. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription from the left menu.
  4. In the Payroll section, click Resubscribed.
