Let me give you an insight into the process of 1099 forms in QuickBooks Online.

 

Yes, you can process and submit 1099 forms for the vendors who already have EINs. For the vendors that don't have an EIN yet, you can file that form separately. 

 

If you're using electronic filing, make sure to send the forms before 5.00 PM PT January 28th, 2020, so they are postmarked to your vendors by January 31, 2020, and are sent to the IRS on time. Also, the E-file Service starts at $14.99 with three forms. Additional forms are $3.99 each. If you have more than 20 forms, we’ll include them at no additional charge. 

 

However, if you mail the forms manually, you need to send them by January 31, 2020.

Yes! I received the information that was needed and submit my 1099 through e-file without a problem. It was an easy as 1 2 3 in less than 15 minutes I submit my 1099.  Thanks, Intuit to elaborate such great software is easy to use and the support is amazing Love Quickbooks.
