Can I use two different bank accounts for direct deposits to both employees and contractors? In QBO with Enhanced Payroll.

Thank you for posting here in the Community, @InForChrist.

I can see how having the option for direct deposit using two bank accounts beneficial for you and others.

You can use two bank accounts for payroll if you are not using direct deposit. You can choose an account when generating a paycheck. However, this feature is unavailable for direct deposit under one EIN. Check out how to set up your company payroll for direct deposit.

You can check the payroll website for more information on using the software to manage your payroll transactions.

You can click the Reply button below if you need a hand using direct deposit or any QuickBooks-related. I'll be here to ensure your success. You have a good one.

Will the feature of being able to pay contractors from two separate bank accounts be added in the future?
