Can not log in payroll

Hi Margaret345.

I'm here to help you get logged into payroll.

I have a few questions that will help me get you logged in again properly:

-Which url are you using to login?

-What error message are you receiving?

Once I have this information I'll be able to help you get up and running.

I Look forward to hearing from you to get this resolved.

Can not log in payroll

Hey, @Anonymous.

Thank you for providing me that error code.

When you are seeing error code 403, it's usually an issue with the browser itself. There are a few basic troubleshooting steps you can perform. Before following the steps below, try using a different browser to identify if the issue is browser-specific. The first step, I recommend is to clear cache.

To do this:

  1. Click the More menu    on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click History on the left menu.
  4. Select Clear browsing data.
  5. In the dialog that appears, select the Clear browsing history checkbox.
  6. From the drop-down, select beginning of time to clear your entire browsing history.
  7. Select Cached images and files, and leave everything else unchecked.
  8. Click Clear browsing data.

If this does not resolve your connection issue, you can find more troubleshooting steps here.

Please keep me posted on your results with this here, the Community has you covered. Thanks again, I'll be standing by for your response.
