Can payroll taxes paid by quicken be paid by a credit card vice electronic deduction from my bank account?

I recommend contacting Quicken support. This way, they can provide you more info if it's possible to pay your taxes via credit card. Here's how:

2. Choose either the Learn and support or Community options to get in touch with their support.
