I've got a couple of handy insights about managing electronic signatures for payroll forms in QuickBooks Online.
Those forms that are required to be printed and uploaded may not be eligible for the e-signature feature. Also, it depends on the state if they require an e-signature on the payroll forms.
If needed, you can manually affix your signature or integrate a supported third-party app to do this. Let me guide you on how:
- Go to the Apps menu on the left pane.
- Select the Find Apps tab, and then type a keyword in the search bar like "E-signature."
- Click the magnifying glass to search, and then choose the app that suits your needs.
