When paying your taxes electronically using the E-Pay feature in your Online Payroll, you'd want to make sure that you're able to set up E-File & Pay properly. Also, you'd want to ensure that your payroll tax information and payments are recorded accurately in QuickBooks.
You can run the Payroll Tax and Wage summary report to see the total and taxable wages that are subject to federal and province/region/state withholding.
Also, you can check your Payroll settings. This way, we'd make sure that all the necessary payroll information, especially for 2020, is recorded in the Tax Set up and E-file and Epay page.
Once everything reviewed and all set, you can now start paying your taxes electronically through QuickBooks. Here's how:
