Can you pay employee salary

Yes, we can help you pay your employee's salary. With a QuickBooks Online Payroll subscription, you can set up a direct deposit and pay your employees directly into their bank accounts. Let me guide you how:

1. Go to the Payroll menu.
2. Within the Employees tab, select the employee's name.
3. Select the Edit icon next to Pay.
4. Under How do you want to pay this employee?, select how the employee wants to receive their pay.
   

For other payment methods, check here. Then, connect your bank account that you'll be using to pay them. When it's time to pay your employees, you can then create checks. Here's how:

1. Still, within the Employees tab, select Run Payroll.
2. Select the employees you'd like to pay and enter the hours.
3. Click Preview payroll.
4. Select Preview payroll details or Submit payroll.
5. Once done, hit the Finish Payroll button.
