Exporting payroll data from one QuickBooks to another is unavailable. This is because payroll subscriptions is already linked to your QuickBooks account.
You'll want to manually enter prior payroll into your new QuickBooks account. Once done, you'll have to record the prior tax payment as well. You can bookmark these links for the detailed information when recording prior tax payments:

As with all other attempts to get someone at quickbooks, apparently I am not making myself clear. I will try again. I have two company ids in qb online, not important why.. One is qb esstenial for my p&l the other is AB Payroll. Pay roll has all the export accounts setup properly and as of two weeks ago, I could click on an export link after cutting payroll and the transactions were sent to my QB essential company. But not the export link is not there and under setting/accounting it says "Not Exporting". I believe the link was broken and now payroll does not know about the other account.
How do I or Qb fix this
Thanks for getting back with the Community, laeppard.

Here's how:
Your feedback's definitely valuable to Intuit. It will be reviewed by our Product Development team and considered in future updates. You can stay up-to-date with the latest news about your product by reviewing Intuit's Product Updates webpage.
As a workaround, you can use the steps recommended by Charies_M to manually enter payroll records into another account.
I've also included a detailed resource about exporting data which may come in handy moving forward: Export reports, lists, & other data
If there's any questions, I'm just a post away. Have a great day!
Just an fyi, this worked until 2 weeks ago. I had an export link show up after I ran payroll, I would click it and the transactions would show up in my quickbooks online essentials. I guess I will find another payroll provider
