Changing Debit Card info for payroll

Ok here goes.  I am extremely upset with QB Enhanced Payroll as I have no way to produce W-2s, 1099s,  941 form or 940 form.  All because I changed debit card info because our bank changed the debit card at end of year.  We pay all our bills, handle payroll payments with the debit card, even make our quarterly and monthly tax payments with this debit card.  Now I am being told by the payroll experts at Intuit they are no longer honoring debit cards.  Has anyone in the community had this problem?

Changing Debit Card info for payroll

This isn't the kind of service we want you to experience, and I'm here to make it up with you, @3268.

You can still generate payroll forms in QuickBooks Desktop even you've changed the bank info into a debit card as long as it's MasterCard or Visa. To ensure you can produce payroll forms, let's update the payroll tax table to the latest release.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Employees menu at the top menu bar.
  2. Select Get Payroll Updates from the drop-down selection.
  3. Click on the radio button beside Download entire payroll update.
  4. Hit on the Update button to update the tax table version.

I'm adding this article for more information: Get the latest payroll tax table update.

Please let me know if you need further clarification about this, or if there's anything else I can do for you. I'll be standing by for your response. Have a great day.
