You can still generate payroll forms in QuickBooks Desktop even you've changed the bank info into a debit card as long as it's MasterCard or Visa. To ensure you can produce payroll forms, let's update the payroll tax table to the latest release.
Here's how:
- Go to the Employees menu at the top menu bar.
- Select Get Payroll Updates from the drop-down selection.
- Click on the radio button beside Download entire payroll update.
- Hit on the Update button to update the tax table version.
