We haven't received any similar reports from other users who were having the issue. Since it's still having the same results even after performing payroll updates and repairing the QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) installation, I suggest contacting our Payroll Support team.
They have special tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment and check the cause of this odd behavior. They can also perform other troubleshooting steps if necessary.
Here's how to reach them:
- In QBDT, go to the Help menu at the top, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
- Click Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue, then Continue.
- Sign in to your Intuit account and tick Continue and then Continue with my account
- We'll email you a single use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
- Choose to chat with us or Have us call you.
