Contractors can't log in

When a contractor tries to log in to input their W9 and DD, they get a message that says "There's an issue on our end. We're on it."

Contractors can't log in

I'll help you fix this, deweysmart.

 

Mostly, runtime errors in QuickBooks Online are caused by the accumulated cache in the browser. To rule this out, have your contractor enter their information using a private window. This mode doesn't save browsing history, cookies, and site data. Here are the shortcut keys:

 

  • Ctrl Shift for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
  • Command Shift for Safari

If it's working well, they'll have to go back to their regular browser. Next, clear its cache and cookies to delete the stored junk files and start over fresh. They can also switch to other supported browsers to further isolate the issue.
