Since you've already corrected the information needed and tried to print the forms, but it wasn't a success, I recommend using the Print and Repair tool located in the QuickBooks Tool Hub. This will help you print the W-2c form that you need for your business. Here's how:
Step 1: Download and install the QuickBooks Tool Hub
- Close QuickBooks.
- Download QuickBooks Tool Hub from this link.
- Save the file.
- Find and open the file. (QuickBooksToolHub.exe)
- Follow the rest of the on-screen instructions to install and agree to the terms.
- Double click on the tool hub icon after it installs on your computer.
Step 2: From the Tool Hub, run the QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool
- Choose Program Problems in the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
- Pick QuickBooks PDF & Print Repair Tool.
- Afterward, attempt to print again.
If this doesn't work, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They have more advanced tools to take a further look at the back end of your account to ensure it's working properly.
