Direct Deposit for employees not at bank, Anyone else having issues with this today?

looks like lots of issues but nobody is getting responses!

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.
 

We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment.

This unacceptable for the price that is paid monthly for the Advanced payroll services. Also not responding as soon as this happened Friday morning with a statement so I could let my employees know is unacceptable, first official response was 3:21 pm on Friday afternoon. We will be looking into another payroll service this week.
