For two of our clients, they received only one Debit transaction in to their Business account instead of Two.
But QB needs two amounts to activate direct deposit. Please advise.

Your clients can check the second debit amount with their respective banks. Ideally, there should be two test debits. To resolve this, I suggest to have them contact their banks.

Thanks @MaryLurleenM but i already know the steps of how to activate the Direct Deposit.
I found my answer that now a days QB debits bank amount with only one amount instead of two because with only one amount I was able to activate the Direct Deposit.
