Do I have the ability to run payroll on this app?

Yes, you have the ability to run payroll in QBO. Make sure to add the payroll service since it’s an add-on feature. If you haven’t activated it, let me show you the steps.

1. Tap the Payroll menu on the left panel to choose Employees.
2. Hit the Get Started button in the upper right to view all payroll services.
3. From there, choose the one that fits your business needs.
4. On the Welcome to QuickBooks Payroll page, press the Get started button to open the interview screen.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payroll setup.

Please know payroll is not yet integrated with QBO mobile. I suggest using the service using a web browser. For more information, here’s an article that lists all the tasks you can do in the app version: Compare mobile app features.
