Does anybody have a contacted at QBO payroll? they seem unable to issue case numbers. OOP requires one. QBO support forwards us to QBO payroll - a broken record!

The issue is with Payroll. The issue that caused the present issue, ie duplication of accounts from which payroll was drawn, was - as I said - fixed.

 

Please read the posting carefully before you ask for more information!

We did post another issue, but - as stated - the duplication of accounts was just the cause of the current payroll issue.

 

We're tried

 
- QB support (online chat times multiple times, as well as multiple phone calls with Filipino agents)
- QB payroll [Removed]
- Intuit support [Removed]
- Intuit OOP
 
None of them have been able to resolve this issue during the past week.
 
We want to run payroll this week - can you provide agency? or a fix?
