Does Payroll service have a fidelity bond?

Happy to have you here in the Community, @lisa.heck. I’ll share some information regarding payroll services and QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QuickBooks Online and Payroll services are different subscriptions. When setting up a QBO account, we have the option to choose if we finish the set up with payroll services or none. If you have payroll packaged with QuickBooks Online, this also updates the credit card information for your payroll subscription.

Nonetheless, if you’ve already finished setting up your account, you’ll still have the option to add a payroll subscription to your account.

Here’s how you can add a payroll subscription to your account:

  1. From the left navigation pane, select the Payroll menu.
  2. Select Employees.
  3. Hit the Get started button to view payroll versions.
  4. From there, choose the one that perfectly suits your business needs.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the set up.

Regarding the fidelity bond, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support team. This way, they can provide detailed information about that matter.

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Select the Search tab, and click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief discussion of your concern and click Continue.
  4. Select either Chat with us (if you preferred messaging) or Give us a call.

Please ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available. This way, you can contact them at a time that is convenient for you.

Furthermore, you can check out this article to learn more about managing billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to comment below if you have further QuickBooks concerns. The Community always has your back. Have a great day!

Does Payroll service have a fidelity bond?

Hi,

I know you're response is scripted but please tell your managers that this answer didn't help one bit.

It's a simple question with a yes or no answer.   I guess just having you answer is not allowed, either that or I'm conversing with a bot.
