Duplicate W2 for a terminated employee

I have a client who uses Quickbooks Online Payroll to process his payroll.  He has a terminated employee that needs a duplicated W2 how can my client obtain a duplicate for his employee?

Duplicate W2 for a terminated employee

It's great to have you here, @Kimberly74.

 

You can re-print a copy of your employee's W2 form. I can guide you on how to do it.

  1. Go to the Taxes menu.
  2. Click Payroll Tax.
  3. Select Archived forms and filings.
  4. Under Annual Tax Forms in the dropdown menu, click View and Print Archived Forms.
  5. Look for the W-2 copies and click on it. 
  6. Click View and print the tax form.
