Since you'll want to pay your employees without using a Direct Deposit (DD). We can change the payment method from DD to paycheck. Then, add notes on how you process the payroll of your employees.
Here's how:
- Go to the Payroll menu.
- Select the Employees tab and then click Run payroll.
- Click the Direct deposit under the PAY METHOD column.
- Select the Pencil icon beside the Pay section.
- In section 6 How do you want to pay, click the drop-down list, and select Paper check.
- Click Done.
After that, run payroll for the employee for record-keeping purposes.
