Let me share this information I have about setting up the electronic services in QuickBooks Online.
In setting up the electronic services, the turn around time is one to three banking days for the federal services to be activated. While the state e-services would take one day to several weeks to be activated depending on the jurisdiction.
If its already a week since the enrollment process, I suggest reaching out to our customer support team. This way, they can check the status of your electronic services enrollment and provide certain procedures.
Here's how to reach them:
- Click the Help menu and click Contact Us.
- Type in your concern in the description field, then click Let's talk.
- Click Start messaging or Get a call.
