Employee Direct Deposit Pending. How can I get rid of the pending?? I've already done payroll with it pending and it's time for another payroll but still pending.

There are possible reasons why your direct deposit is still pending.

• Verified your account information.
• The funding bank account is verified but is needed to go back to the direct deposit setup.
• You haven't yet entered the employee's bank information.

If the employee's information is already set up and the status is still pending. I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so that they can check the Direct deposit status.

Here’s how to contact them:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
3. Hit Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
