There are possible reasons why your direct deposit is still pending.
- Verified your account information.
- The funding bank account is verified but is needed to go back to the direct deposit setup.
- You haven't yet entered the employee's bank information.
If the employee's information is already set up and the status is still pending. I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so that they can check the Direct deposit status.
Here’s how to contact them:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select Help (?) at the top right.
- Hit Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
