Buy nowMy employees are only seeing Total Pay, and Base Hours worked. So they think they did not get paid overtime or sick pay. This started happening approximately 3 weeks ago. Is there any solution to this?
Let me help you fix this issue to get back on track, Rob.
This usually happens if you experience browser-related issues. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem. You can log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private browser. Use the shortcut keys below to access a private window (incognito):
When using this mode, it deletes cookies and browser history leaving your browser clean and easy to access any websites and error-free. Once done, double-check if overtime or sick pay is already showing on your employees' end.
If it works, then go back to the main browser to clear its cache and delete some outdated files that might be the cause of the error. Otherwise, use a supported, up-to-date browser. However, if the issue persists, contact our payroll support team to help you check what's causing this to happen and at the same time help you fix it. They also have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and will have a chance to have one-to-one interactions with one of our representatives
In addition, you'll want to take a look at your business finances and view useful information about your employees. QuickBooks offers a variety of payroll reports that you can check out to keep you updated with your company data. I've added this article for more details: Run Payroll Reports.
You can message me below if you have any other questions when running payroll or when tracking overtime for your employees. The Community is always here to help you get this resolved on time. Have a nice day ahead!
This became a problem for us also. (about 3 weeks ago). If they go further and click on download they can see all their hours. BUT THIS IS A PAIN and they shouldn't have to do this. Surely this is something QuickBooks Payroll can fix quickly.

edit update:
I think this only happens on the IPHONE! so the QB answer above is not good. Another example of QB employees jumping to an answer before they really think about the problem and another example of too too many words. I think QB people get paid by the word and not a correct answer.

This happens to every employee, it has nothing to do with cookies or cache.
This is not a good answer as most folks open their paystub on their iphones.
Why not just fix the problem rather than always suggesting a work around.
This does not change anything on any employees devices.
RE: This does not change anything on any employees devices.
Of course it doesn't. @MariaSoledadG didn't actually read/understand your case before blaming your browser, instead of Intuit's buggy code.
It seems nearly impossible for Intuit reps to imagine there's yet another bug in QuickBooks Online.
