My client ran payroll same as always on Thursday for a Friday (8/13) checkmate and submitted before the 5pm cutoff time for direct deposit. Payroll was processed, funds for direct deposit taken out of his account. None of his employees have received their direct deposits. Customer service keeps saying “rest assured” it will be in their accounts by end of day on Friday, and then it was by midnight Friday and still nothing Saturday morning.
Hi lbalasta,
I am an employee myself, and I know how important payroll is to you and especially to your employees. I'll guide you on what to do next.
Based on what you've said, the next thing I can recommend is to contact our Support team again to request a direct deposit trace. However, not all payroll departments are available right now, and the trace will need them to contact a partner bank. It's the weekend, so I can't guarantee that they'll be able to do the trace right now.
Please check out the Supports' schedules in this article: Contact Payroll Support.

Hi,
It's Monday morning and still no direct deposits. A direct deposit trace was performed and for at least two employees, their bank cannot verify whatever these trace numbers were that were given to us by the QBO rep. So no, this is not resolved.
Let me help you with the employee's direct deposit pay, lbalasta.
If everything looks good and still the employee did not receive the funds, I'd still suggest contacting our Customer Care Team again. This way, they can securely pull up your account and track your direct deposit funds.
