Enhances Payroll Service

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, DEA5. I will be happy to help. Here's how to cancel QuickBooks Enhanced Payroll: 

1. From the Employees dropdown menu, select My Payroll Service then Account/Billing Info.
2. Sign in using your Intuit Account login and the Account Portal page will open.
3. Select Cancel Service.
4. Follow the on-screen steps to cancel your payroll service.

@SashaMC  I may be misunderstanding this, but it certainly sounds like you're suggesting that the way to resolve this is to just cancel the old accountant's Quickbooks payroll subscription entirely.

While I suppose that would work in theory, I feel like the old accountant may have some issues with it.
