Entered amounts for 941 For January February & March February amount does not show up in QB. Other two months are showing What am I missing?

Good day, @krose235.

 

You can review the Payroll Summary report to locate the paycheck for February and March. This report can help you check why the amounts don't show up in QuickBooks. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Reports tab on the left menu.
  2. Scroll down to the Payroll section.
  3. Select Payroll Summary.
  4. You can use the Date Range drop-down to filter the period.
  5. Once done, hit the Run Report button.

 

However, if the amounts still don't show up, you can review the other months to check if you apply the paycheck correctly for February and March.
