The most direct way to turn your payroll service back on is within your company file. This step updates your subscription status directly. Before proceeding, ensure you have the latest version of QBDT.
Here's how:
- Log in to QBDT, go to Employees, and select My Payroll Service.
- Select Account/Billing Info.
- Sign in using your Intuit Account login to open your QuickBooks Account page.
- Under Status, choose Resubscribe.
- Follow the prompts to reactivate your payroll service.
You can also reactivate your payroll service using your Intuit account.
Here's how:
- Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
- Under Status, choose Resubscribe.
- Follow the on-screen steps to reactivate your payroll service.
